Products

1. Who do you manufacture jewelry products with?
We only use products from RJC certified manufactures. For more clarification on what RJC certified manufactures are, please click here.
 
2. Do you offer insurance and warranty for your product?
We believe in the quality of our products and thereby offering a free lifetime warranty for any manufacturing defects on all our products. Please contact us at sales@beautydiamond.co.th if you believe your product might be defected. If an issue is found, we will immediate repair the product for you.

Jewelry products not covered in the warranty:

The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing.
Precious metals, and especially prongs, wear down over time and may require restoration work as part of normal wear.
Prongs catching, wearing out, or bending over time due to everyday wear or normal damage, allowing a gemstone to fall out.
The loss of a gemstone caused by damage from everyday wear or from other damage.

Services

1. Which after-care assistance do you offer?
We offer lifetime cleaning services. Please contact us at sales@beautydiamond.co.th or visit us at any of our stores.
 
2. Do you offer jewelry size adjustments?
Yes, we are able to adjust within 3 sizes(Kindly note that some designs do not allow for adjustments. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@beautydiamond.co.th.
 
3. Do you offer jewelry customization?
Yes, please contact us at 085-661-8095 or sales@beautydiamond.co.th.

Delivery

1. What are your delivery options?
We currently ship to destinations in Thailand, for which our courier is Thailand Post. We also provide an option to upgrade to express shipping at a fee. When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

Once your order is accepted, kindly allow 2 business days for delivery in Bangkok and Greater Bangkok, and 5 business days for other provinces. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number for your shipment.

2. Where do you ship to?
We ship to all provinces in Thailand. No international shipping is available at the moment.
 
3. Do you offer shipping insurance?
Standard shipping is included and insured up to 50,000 Thai baht.

Exchanges/Cancellation

1. Do you accept exchanges and returns?
We accept exchanges and returns only under certain conditions. Please visit our trade-in policy. Please contact sales@beautydiamond.co.th  or visit any of our stores.
 
2. Can I amend or cancel my customization requests?
Amending or cancellation of customization product will depend on a case by case basis.

This may be possible, depending on your order status. Please email our clients service team as soon as possible at sales@beautydiamond.co.th should this be the case. 

3. Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?
Depending on your order status, it may be possible to cancel or change the jewelry size of your order. We are unable to combine or add an item to an existing order. Please contact our clients service team as soon as possible at 085-661-8096 or sales@beautydiamond.co.th should this be the case.

Sizing

1. Where can I check my size?
Kindly refer to the Knowledge page for size recommendation.
 
2. Do you offer jewelry size adjustments?
We do offer up to 3 size differences, however, certain ring designs do not allow for adjustments.

1.How do I clean and look after my jewelry?

Jewelry Trade-in Policy

1. What does it mean to trade in?
If you have purchased from Beauty Diamond before, you can exchange – or trade in – this piece of jewelry for a new one at Beauty Diamond. The new piece must be of the same or higher value.
 
2. How does it work?
1. Contact sales@beautydiamond.co.th or 085-661-8095 to let us know the details.
2. Our team will revert back to you for trade-in confirmation.
3. Clients ship the jewelry to our head office to get evaluated for depreciation.
 
After the evaluation is completed, clients are given a cash amount to be deducted from the price of the new jewelry piece they wish to purchase at Beauty Diamond.

3. Policy for Depreciation:
1-2 years old: 20% off original purchase price
3 years old: 30% off original purchase price
4 years old: 40% off original purchase price
