1. The company will mainly use the shipping services of the Thai Post. Customers can check the progress of the delivery from the website of the Thailand Post.

2. The company is willing to follow-up and inquiries with the Thai Post if there is a delay in shipping.

3.  Customers should check the parcel and information every time before signing the receipt of the product.

Delivery

1. What are your delivery options?
We currently ship to destinations in Thailand, for which our courier is Thailand Post. We also provide an option to upgrade to express shipping at a fee. When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

Once your order is accepted, kindly allow 2 business days for delivery in Bangkok and Greater Bangkok, and 5 business days for other provinces. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number for your shipment.

2. Where do you ship to?
We ship to all provinces in Thailand. No international shipping is available at the moment.

3. Do you offer shipping insurance?
Standard shipping is included and insured up to 50,000 Thai baht.
