Changing-Return Policy

In the event of a defect caused by the transportation of goods with the condition of changing-return the product, the customer must notify the Company immediately upon receiving the product (by phone, email, or via the contact system on the Company website). The customer must return the product in its original condition, in a condition that has not been used or worn before.

Customers can follow the progress of the changing-return the product through the customer’s account or via email that the customers have registered.

The damage of the packaging alone is not considered damage in the product for changing-return.
Refund Policy

The Company will refund the customer in the event that the Company is unable to supply the product as ordered by the customer in the system only. The Company will contact the customer and refund the money to the customer’s bank within 30 working days.
